Just got news from our good friends at Special Olympics Southern California (based out of Long Beach), about a cool fundraiser they’re putting on. <\/span>Check out below for more details!<\/p>\n What: <\/span>Wood Ranch BBQ and Grill Hosts Tip-A-Cop Events to Support Special Olympics Southern California When: Weds., August 26, 2009, 5:30 to 9 p.m. Where: <\/span>Five Wood Ranch BBQ and Grill Southern California locations: <\/span>Arcadia, Cerritos, Chino Hills, Corona, and Northridge. <\/span>Visit www.woodranch.com for directions. Wood Ranch BBQ and Grill is partnering with local law enforcement agencies to raise money for Special Olympics. <\/span>Law enforcement officers will serve as celebrity waiters at five Wood Ranch locations, and their tips will support Special Olympics programs in the Los Angeles, Riverside\/San Bernardino, San Gabriel and Tri-Valley Regions. <\/span> Tip-A-Cop events are part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run, which is one of the largest fundraising arms of Special Olympics Southern California.
