<\/span>Fifteen years ago, Long beach State constructed a new sports arena, which would go on to become the university’s enduring icon, as well as a recognized emblem of the city itself.\u00a0 In the intervening decade-and-a-half, the Pyramid has played host to tons of great moments, and tons of great players and coaches.\u00a0 Constructing an exhaustive list would take all year\u2014so instead LBPostSports is partnering with Long Beach State to ask you to pick the best fifteen of each.<\/font><\/span> <\/font><\/p>\n

We’ll be collecting submissions from any and all Long Beach State fans from now until August 15th\u2014hit the “Contact Us” tab at the bottom of the page to send them in.\u00a0 We want any and all suggestions as to what belongs on the Top 15 Moments list, and which 15 49er players and coaches belong on the All-Walter Pyramid Team.\u00a0 The only criterion is that whatever you send us has to be from the Pyramid era (1994-present).\u00a0 After all the submissions have been gathered, we’ll select the top 25 and put them up on LongBeachState.com for fans to vote on\u2014your votes will decide who and what ultimately makes the Top 15 lists to be announced at Long Beach State games in the Pyramid this coming season.<\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So have at it\u2014there’s no limit on the number of submissions you can send, and get typing.\u00a0 Feel free to include a few sentences on why you think your submissions deserve to go down in history as one of the Pyramid’s best! <\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
