Millikan’s got a three-game lead on the rest of the pack with five games left, so…well, you do the math on that one.  <\/span>The Rams’ commanding lead aside, we’ve got a pretty dang interesting race for second place (and for the remaining to playoff spots at third and fourth place) on our hands.  <\/span>Poly has beaten both Wilson and Lakewood, so we’ve got them on top, and Wilson just beat the Lancers yesterday—Jordan had a bye, but they’re still in it at .500.<\/p>\n

It will almost assuredly not affect the playoff race, but also note for the first time in we think around a decade, the Compton Tarbabes notched a league victory, with a 5-0 win over the Cabrillo Jaguars.<\/p>\n

Next week’s games are all big, with Jordan visiting Poly on Wednesday, and Wilson and Millikan squaring off at Blair—then on Friday, Jordan will host Wilson in a critical contest. <\/span><\/p>\n
