From LBSU reports<\/span><\/p>\n One day after opening conference play with a win over Cal State Northridge, the 49ers picked up a second Big West win after sweeping Cal State Fullerton 7-0. Long Beach State won all nine matches on the day.<\/p>\n \n The 49ers started the day with a three-match sweep of doubles, with the closest match coming at No. 1 singles where Grady and Weeks defeated Injejikian and Inglis 8-4. The 49ers domination of the match continued in singles, where the only close match was at No. 2 singles, where Deborah Armstrong took a 6-1 first set win and rebounded from a 5-7 loss to win the decider 10-6.<\/p>\n Rachel Manassse and Julie Luzar both only gave up one game in their matches at No. 3 and No. 5 singles respectively, while Lisa Sutton, Hannah Grady and Anais Dallara all also posted singles wins.<\/p>\n Long Beach State returns home for two matches next weekend at the Rhodes Tennis Center.
