The students on Wilson’s surf team were not immune to this weekend’s championship fever, making a trip down to the Huntington Beach pier on Friday to remind us that football’s not the only thing this city does well.  The Bruin Board Riders, undefeated at the end of Sea View League play, continued their tradition of regional dominance by taking first in four of the five events.  The Millikan Rams were also at the pier representing Long Beach, with their best finish by Jamie Hastings, who took third in the Co-ed Bodyboard competition.<\/div>\n
