On November 22nd<\/sup>, 2008 the Wilson Bruins will hold a Hall of Fame induction ceremony, introducing nine new members into the 187-strong ranks of the current Hall, which includes such greats as Tony Azevedo, Bob Lemon, and Jeff Severson, who will be MC-ing the event. <\/span>It will be held at the Seaside Room at the Long Beach Convention Center, at 11:30.<\/span><\/p>\n This year the Bruins will be recognizing Bobby Grich, Neil Arnold, Patrick Scott, Erica Sumi, Jeremy Williams, Jessica Hardy, Tom Hermstad (both Jr. and Sr.), and friend of the site Dan Gooch. <\/span>In addition to what are sure to be a memorable slate of speeches and testimonials, there will be a lunch buffet and a silent auction. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n If you’re interested in going, tickets are $35, and the deadline to purchase is Saturday—you can purchase them by calling Sharon Roberts at 562-597-3375, or emailing sharonannroberts@aol.com or Dave Morgan at dmorgancpa@aol.com.<\/span><\/p>\n Have an LB sports-related fundraiser or event you’d like posted on the site?
