6:15pm |<\/strong> Long Beach State finished the weekend at Loyola Marymount University with a final win at the LMU Invitational, defeating Cal State San Bernardino 12-6 to close out the weekend with a 3-1 record. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Long Beach State got out to a quick start against CSSB and never looked back. The 49ers scored three goals in the first period while holding San Bernardino to one, and then took a 7-4 lead into the second half.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

The 49ers extended their lead with three unanswered goals in the third period, and Long Beach State closed out the match with two goals in the fourth. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Kelly Ringel finished with three saves, subbing for Kristen Stragier in goal during the second half of the contest.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n
