Detectives believe the suspects committed the robberies—on the street and of local businesses—at different times of the day and night between Oct. 30 and Dec. 17.
The owner of the store, Bryan Cho, said the robbery left him and his employees shaken up. He said the two reptiles stolen were rare Australian Lace Monitors.
Three men believed to be in their early 20s are being sought by the Seal Beach Police Department in connection with the robbery.
Police said the incident started around 12:25 with a man and a woman trying to shop-lift at 2080 Bellflower Boulevard, which is a Lazy Acres Market.
