You probably haven’t heard of California Food Trucks, but you’ve most likely seen (or been served food out of) their work.

They’ve built custom projects for beloved local eateries like Mikhuna and SnoCorner, as well as corporate giants like Google and Monster Energy all from a nondescript industrial building next to the L.A. River.

Now, their owner Martin Ramirez is part of a pizza food truck serving up authentic Bronx-style pizzas out of a truck he built.

Long Beach came out in force for its annual Open Streets event, which coincided with the World Cup final. This year’s street takeover included three watch parties for the tournament’s finale, including one at the Art Theatre. It was also an excuse for people to break out their favorite wheeled transportation devices.
