Christmas is just a week away, but you still have time to cram in some last-minute holiday fun (like Buddy the Elf crammed cookies into the VCR).

One of Long Beach’s best Christmas displays is nestled on Falcon Avenue in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood. Last year, I wrote about how it began with around 5,000 lights but expanded to over 100,000 lights synced to music.

This year, one of the homeowners, Joe, emailed to let me know the show hit a growth spurt once again.

It now features “more lights, new props and characters” along with some “experimental features we’re having a lot of fun with,” Joe wrote.

If you find yourself in the neighborhood or you’re looking for somewhere to soak in the holiday spirit, consider paying the Lights on Falcon a visit.
