A brand new film festival is coming to town in August.
It started with a random conversation between two dads at a Signal Hill playground.
The inaugural Long Beach Film Festival will have four feature films, multiple short film blocks and panel discussions at the Art Theatre.

Long Beach revealed the contents of a time capsule it buried in 1976. Among the contents were a Wham-O Frisbee, a telephone book and a Queen Mary tie clip.
