Long Beach will soon have its first Nothing Bundt Cakes shop. It’s scheduled to open between Long Beach’s second Dave’s Hot Chicken and the Mediterranean chain CAVA, in the former Polly’s Pies location near the Traffic Circle.

The chain has expanded to over 500 locations across the country over the past two decades and has become popular for its modernization of the classic bundt cake.

Part of its appeal is that cakes come in all different sizes, from 10-inch cakes that are fully decorated to single bundlets. The shop’s list of flavors includes white chocolate raspberry, snickerdoodle, carrot and more. Limited-time flavors like lemon raspberry and Oreo Cookie and Cream also sometimes make an appearance.

The chain also does themed cakes for birthdays, holidays, sports, events and more.

No opening date has been set. The Nothing Bundt Cakes website lists the location as “coming soon.” A representative for the store could not be reached for comment.

Nothing Bundt Cakes will be located at 4680 East Los Coyotes Diagonal, Units 102 and 104.
