In addition to the brunch, the experience will include live music, complimentary parking and the chance to explore the ship.

Executive Chef Todd Henderson’s opening menu will include over 50 items from classics like eggs Benedict to a raw bar with Ahi Tuna poke.

The spread will include a breakfast station, made to order omelets, a raw bar, a carving station, a Far East station with items like dim sum, regions of Italy, taste of the Bayou, cold dishes and pastries. The full menu can be found here.
