The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help today in locating a 13-year-old girl who was reported missing in Long Beach. Authorities said she has “mental conditions” and has a history of running away from home.
Franklyn B. King was last seen leaving her home Friday at 6 p.m. on the 4000 block of Elm Avenue, near East Marshall Place, the Long Beach Police Department said.
She is on foot and her destination is unknown.
Police said when Franklyn ran away on other occasions, she was found near Long Beach’s Downtown area and she has no cellphone or tracking device.
Franklyn is Latina, 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 112 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a Royal blue hoodie with “Millionaires” written on the front and blue jeans.
