A 3.8-magnitude earthquake centered in nearby Yorba Linda struck around 5:00pm this afternoon, according to the US Geological Survey. Personally, I didn’t feel it. Did any of you?
To tell the truth, we found out about it thanks to the Twitter page of Long Beach Magazine, which reads:
Earthquake! Crazy. 3.8. Our 6th floor offices were swaying. Anyone else have anything to report?
The Los Angeles Times has a report, although the use of the word “rattled” may be a bit strong. By the way, you can follow our Twitter page by clicking here.
