Saeed Wheeler, 20, was arrested Feb. 24 by the Los Angeles County Sherrif’s Department on unrelated charges to Wall’s murder, according to inmate records. Long Beach police were made aware of Wheeler being in custody after a warrant was issued on March 9 for his arrest.
