And it’s helped our city immensely. The founder and CEO of Empowered Banking, Andrew turned this smart growth consulting firm into one that has a nationwide reach. Of course, it helps that beforehand, he worked with entrepreneurial bankers at Imperial Bancorp, dabbled in Union Bank marketing, and handled mortgages for Wells Fargo.

He currently acts as a member of the Pacific Gateway Workforce Investment Board, which oversees more than 40 businesses and community leaders throughout the southern coastal region, as well as an active board member on the Long Beach Police Foundation.
