In an announcement that appears to bring some closure to the troubling story that emerged yesterday, the L.A. Times is reporting that Anthony Jerome Hall has been arrested in connection with the death of an 18-month old toddler that was found in an East Village dumpster yesterday.

Hall is the boyfriend of the child’s mother. An autopsy will be performed to determine cause of death on Monday or Tuesday.
