Participants as of Wednesday include:

Alegria: 4 course dinner menu for two, $65 per couple, complete with Flamenco shows and music from Margarita Luna on Feb. 14

Buono’s Authentic Pizzeria: $3 champagne flutes, complimentary sweet to share

Cold Stone Creamery: Two ìLike Itî Creations for $6 all day

Fuego at the Maya: Five-course dinner with Latin Jazz on Monday, $95 per person; Valentine Brunch on Sunday for $39 per person

Gaucho Grill: Traditional fare from Argentina, $29.95 a person

George’s Greek Cafe: $54.95 per couple, featuring a three-course meal

Hamburger Mary’s: Complementary bottle of champagne with purchase of two entrees and dessert (equal or lesser value)

Hooters of Long Beach: Buy 10 wings, get 10 free (dine in only). Bring in a photo of your ex to shred and get a single drink for a single buck

Johnny Rockets: Hamburger and fries for $4.99; add a Bud Light for $1 or a glass of White Zinfandel for 99 cents

Laugh Factory: VIP status, $100 gift certificate, champagne toast, favors, early entry to the club, and choice of seating, $100 per couple, or $20 GA, $30 VIP

Kabob Curry: Five-course meal (meat dish, vegetable dish, rice, side salad and dessert, all of your choice) with naan, $30 per couple

Kavikas: Three-course prix fixe menu, featuring complimentary glass of champagne, salad, choice of main course and a dessert, $24.95 per person

L’Opera Ristorante: Four-course chef’s menu, with live opera singers and an electric violinist, $70 per person

Outback Steakhouse: Sweetheart menu for $47.99

Tides Restaurant at Hyatt Regency Hotel: $75 per couple, featuring a four-course menu

Sevilla of Long Beach: A romantic dinner in Spain special menu

Sky Room: Five-course dinner with a box of chocolates, champagne toast and long-stemmed rose, $129 per person

Stefano’s Pizza: Four courses and entertainment, $40 per couple (reservations required).
