Members of the Los Cerritos Wetlands Land Trust and supporters of the environmental group will hold a vigil tonight in remembrance of the ten-acre property on the South end of Studebaker and Loynes that was razed
last week. City Councilmember Pat O’Donnell will be among the speakers, and the LCWLT says that similar vigils will be held every week until proper action is taken.
The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm and attendees are encouraged to bring signs. Parking is a challenge, but available in the University Park Estates residental community.
