Known for his comedic and upbeat approach to dealing with problems in the workplace, career coach Joel Zeff will host an interactive workshop for over 1,000 California Parks & Recreation employees today at the Long Beach Convention Center.
Zeff has hosted dozens of similar speeches across the nation for large corporations, dealing with everything from relieving job-related tension to keeping employees happy and therefore, productive. Using comedy, improv, and a few volunteers, Zeff’s specialty is energizing the audience, instilling pride, passion and teamwork.
His first book, Make the Right Choice; Creating A Positive, Innovative and Productive Work Life, was recently released and explains the benefits of making better choices on the path to success.
The presentation will begin at 10:50am Wednesday, and is open only to Parks & Recreation employees.
