One person was injured when a car crashed into the back of a Metro train in downtown Long Beach on Wednesday afternoon.
The crash, involving a 2015 Toyota sedan, happened shortly before 3 p.m. on First Street, just east of Pacific Avenue.
The circumstances leading up to the crash were under investigation.
One person was loaded into an ambulance to be taken to a hospital for treatment. The extent of the injuries wasn’t immediately clear.
