An off-duty sheriff’s deputy was listed in stable condition at an area hospital after a hit-and-run crash this morning in Norwalk, where her white SUV was overturned by a red pickup truck, authorities said today.
Paramedics were dispatched at 1:46 a.m. to the crash at the intersection of Imperial Highway and Pioneer Boulevard, according to a county fire department dispatcher.
The extent of the deputy’s injuries were not known. She was listed in stable condition at an area hospital, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The suspect vehicle was described as a red 2018 Chevy Silverado pickup truck with California license plate number 15321P2, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
