Three men from Long Beach were arrested by Federal agents Thursday for their role in an alleged drug trafficking enterprise based out of Spokane, Washington.
More than 100 federal, state, and local law enforcement agents coordinated arrest and search operations in 20 locations across four states, according to the FBI Seattle Division. Of the 39 people wanted in connection with the enterprise, 29 were arrested, including three in Long Beach: 41-year-ols Gilbert Crawley, 52-year-old Tony Bramlett and 25-year-old Dyon Bramlett. A fourth Long Beach resident, 38-year-old Joseph Davis, remains a fugitive.
According to the criminal indictment, several residents of Spokane and one in Las Vegas had operated a continual criminal enterprise that distributed PCP, methamphetamine, ecstasy and oxycodone. Locations in San Diego, Idaho and Long Beach were believed to contain evidence of criminal activity, though to what extent the Long Beach suspects’ involvement in the enterprise is unknown.
The case was investigated by the S.V.C.G.E.T.—composed of the FBI, Spokane Police Department, and Spokane County Sheriff’s Office—and other law enforcement agencies, including the Washington State Patrol, United States Border Patrol, the Washington State Department of Corrections, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
