The Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) conducted an investigation surrounding the whereabouts of multiple juveniles who were either wanted on open charges or had outstanding warrants, resulting in the arrests of four juveniles and two adults this past Wednesday.
According to the LBPD, the West Patrol Division was focused on finding several juveniles for charges or warrants related to violent crimes and property crimes. Specifically, three were wanted on assault and battery charges while the other was wanted for weapon possession and narcotics possession on school property.
Two other Long Beach residents—18-year-old Socorro Gallardo and 25-year-old David Salazar—were also arrested as a result of the investigation. The former had an outstanding warrant in relation to the burglary of a residence while the latter was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale.
