Investigators are asking for help finding a man who pointed a gun at a liquor store clerk in Norwalk shortly after he robbed a  liquor store in Bellflower, according to authorities.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said the man held up the Norwalk liquor store in the 10000 block of Alondra Boulevard around 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 19.

At the shop, the man pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded cash, authorities said.

“Fearing for his life, the employee gave the suspect money. The suspect then fled the scene,” the LASD said in a news release. “Detectives believe the same suspect robbed a Bellflower liquor store shortly before robbing the Norwalk location.”

Investigators released video of the interaction Wednesday.
