UPDATE | Long Beach detectives have found a 26-year-old woman missing since Dec. 1, officials announced Saturday.

Officials said Nerissa Michelle Moore was located by detectives unharmed in Long Beach on Friday, Dec. 13 at about 7:05 p.m.

12/12/19 at 3:14 p.m. | A 26-year-old woman with medical conditions has not communicated with family members since Dec. 1 and police are asking for the public’s help in finding her.

Nerissa Michelle Moore is believed to be staying in hotels in the area, but a family member told police they lost communication, which is unusual behavior for Moore.

She is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 108 pounds, with red hair and green eyes. She has multiple tattoos: starfish on her stomach, a dream catcher on her left upper back, a pink flower with the words “Though she be but little she is fierce” on her lower right back.
