Lakewood Sheriff’s deputies are searching for two men suspected of shooting a man during an attempted robbery, authorities said.

The victim was shot in the arm near Centralia Street and Pioneer Boulevard in Lakewood. He was transported to a local hospital and his injuries are not life-threatening, Sgt. Salles of the Lakewood Sheriff’s Department said.

Deputies are still searching for two suspects described as male, 17 to 20 years old and Hispanic.
