A man was hospitalized Sunday after he was shot in Long Beach’s Willmore neighborhood.
The shooting occurred about 7 p.m. in the 300 block of West 10th Street, Long Beach police Lt. Eric Fritz told City News Service.
Arriving officers found the man wounded in the upper body, Fritz said. Paramedics took him to a hospital where he had stable vital signs.
The suspect or suspects fled the scene before officers arrived, Fritz said. A motive was not immediately known. The shooting remained under investigation.
