Police are searching for a woman accused of being involved in a domestic dispute early this morning.

Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) officers dispatched to the scene in the 5400 block of Paramount Blvd. at about 12:45AM in regard to a possible assault with a deadly weapon, said LBPD spokeswoman Marlene Arrona.

Arriving officers determined the incident involved domestic violence. After several attempts to call the parties out, a male victim exited the residence and was treated at the scene by Long Beach Fire Department personnel.

Three school-aged children were also in the home but were unharmed.

Police are still searching for the woman accused of the domestic violence and the investigation is ongoing.
