Police say two men were arrested today on suspicion of robbing a woman inside a West Long Beach business, then fleeing to a Cambodia Town apartment.

Around 12:20 p.m., officers responded to a report of a robbery inside a business in the 1400 block of West Willow Street, according to Long Beach police.

Investigators determined two men had robbed a woman and then drove off before officers arrived, police said.

A short time later, officers located the car and suspected robbers at an apartment on Gardenia Avenue near East Anaheim Street.

Police set up a perimeter to make sure the suspects couldn’t flee before sweeping through the apartment.

Two men were arrested on suspicion of robbery and two women were detained, then later released, police said.

No injuries were reported.
