Long Beach police said they arrested a man and seized his stash of firearms Friday after he displayed a gun during a bout of road rage.
In the initial road rage incident, which happened over a month ago on May 30, officers were called to the intersection of Cherry Avenue and East Anaheim Street at about 12:45 in the afternoon, spokeswoman Shaunna Dandoy said.
Officers were able to identify the man and found out he was barred from possessing guns, she said. When they searched two homes associated with him, they found several firearms, firearm parts and several thousand rounds of ammunition, Dandoy said.
