Long Beach police are investigating a shooting in West Long Beach that left two men wounded Saturday evening.

Officers were called to the 1800 block of Harbor Avenue, near Pacific Coast Highway, at about 5:50 p.m., Lt. James Richardson said. They found bullet casings, but no victims.

Two men later showed up at a local hospital with non-life threatening gunshot wounds to their lower extremities, Richardson said. The only suspect description available was that it was a man in his 20s, according to Richardson.

The shooting is being investigated as gang related.
