The Los Angeles Dodgers have long been known for their themed nights. From Hello Kitty—yup, Hello Kitty—to showing love for universities—like CSUN—to showing love for other sports—hey there, Kings—these special events honor the vast amount of cultures and heritages throughout the region.

And come Sept. 3, when the Dodgers face off the New York Mets at 5:10 p.m., they’ll be showing some love for the City of Long Beach and Long Beach State Dirtbags.

The organization will be offering patrons who purchase tickets through this link a special t-shirt that will showcase the Dirtbag colors while honoring the City of Long Beach’s incorporation in 1897. Third-party purchases will not include the item and this is not a stadium-wide promotion.

“Special events—whether social, heritage, or awareness-based—serve as a great opportunity to attend a Dodger game with others who share a common interest and also a great way to access unique Dodger giveaway items or special baseball experience,” said Daniella Baltazar, representative for the Special Events division of the Dodgers.

Tickets are already becoming limited, with the following available:

  • Preferred Field Box Value MVP: $66
  • Bullpen Field Box MVP: $66
