Nearly eleven months ago, the lbpost.com launched with seven writers at the helm. A little bit older and a whole lot bigger, the lbpost.com is proud to welcome three new local columnists to the fray.
Eager to expand our reach to the arts, the lbpost.com introduces Sander Wolff – a local culture expert and activist already firmly entrenched in Long Beach’s music and arts scene. Sander has already hit the ground running, highlighting local humanitarians, museum exhibits and community events in his Culture Agent column.
The funny thing about sports is that real fans can never get enough. Hence, you can never have too many sportswriters. J.J. Fiddler’s From The Roof column debuts this week and will allow the lbpost.com greater ability to bring you the latest and greatest in Long Beach athletics. Rest assured knowing that you’re dealing with a certified sport nut, as evidenced by J.J.’s first piece.
Finally, in keeping with the lbpost.com’s efforts to bring you the news and events that give the city its life, psychotherapist Daniel Brezenoff will begin examining what exactly makes Long Beach tick. With an impressive Congressional run under his belt and a reputation for keeping an ear to the ground, Daniel demonstrates the kind of practical thinking and ambition that have made him a key figure in the city. His first column states his mission and brings up a question that we should have all been asking ourselves.
The lbpost.com is growing every day in an effort to bring readers a fresh and unique take on the news and events that matter in everyday life. Our three new contributors continue in that tradition, and we hope that you agree.
