07/01/15 at 2:34PM | The family of a 55-year-old Long Beach man missing since Sunday is asking for the public’s help in locating him.

Enrique Guzman has been missing since Sunday, June 28, when he was last seen at 3:32AM leaving St. Mary’s Medical Center, according to his daughter Jeicel Perez.

He may be wearing a hospital gown or jeans and a blue striped shirt.

Guzman was in the hospital for liver failure and might be overdosed with the medication he was receiving, and may possibly be disoriented, Perez told the Post.

He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 165 pounds, with brown eyes and graying black hair.

This is the first time he has gone missing, Perez said.

The family has filed a police report with the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD), and police officials have confirmed he has not yet been located.enriqueG

The family has placed calls to the county coroner’s office as well as local hospitals in an effort to locate Guzman.

The family’s request for surveillance video from the hospital where he was last seen has been denied by hospital officials, Perez said.

Anyone with information is urged to call 9-1-1 or the LBPD at 562.435.6711.
