Police arrested an armed suspect who fired at two men during a dispute over a vehicle in North Long Beach early this morning, authorities said.

No injuries were reported, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

Officers were dispatched at about 12:30 a.m. to the 100 block of West Artesia Boulevard, regarding a “no-hit” shooting.

Police said the two victimsgot into an argument with the suspect over him allegedly tampering with their vehicle.

“As the suspect was fleeing the dispute, he produced a firearm and shot at the victims,” according to a police statement.

About 90 minutes later, officers located and arrested the suspect inthe 6600 block of Long Beach Boulevard, near the scene of the shooting.

No further information was immediately available.
