10:54am | Mayor Foster’s appointees to the Harbor Commission are to be sworn in Monday, August 8th at 1:00 PM in the Board Room of the Port Administration Building, located at 925 Harbor Plaza. Both Doug Drummond and Rich Dines were confirmed unanimously by all present Councilmembers last week.
