Tired of paying out of pocket for teeth cleanings? Maybe you’re secretly uninsured.

This weekend, you’ll have a chance to access health and dental care free of charge, without fear of penalty, courtesy of Molina Healthcare.

On Saturday, from 7:00AM to 3:00PM at Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo High School, Molina Healthcare and the Tzu Chi Medical Foundation will host a Health Care Services Day. Free medical, vision, dental services and acupuncture will be available to participants.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to offer much needed medical services to the Long Beach community,” said Ruthy Argumedo, associate vice president of community engagement team for Molina Healthcare. “For us, it’s not only about offering quality health care to our members, but also about improving the wellbeing of the neighborhoods in which we live, work and play.”

The event was conceived first as a service focused on the Inland Empire and Imperial Valley, according to officials at Molina Healthcare. This is the first year the event was brought to Long Beach, the hometown of Molina Healthcare. Titled “Care 4 A Healthy LB,” the event is meant to connect the community with resources, answer questions about healthcare, and assist those left uninsured and in need of care.

Space it limited, according to a release. To reserve a spot, call 1.855.MOLINA1 (1.855.665.4621).

Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo High School is located at 2001 Santa Fe Ave.
