Details about Jenni Rivera’s public memorial service were announced today including details about how fans can obtain free tickets starting at noon Tuesday.

A limited number of tickets will be offered today for a Jenni Rivera memorial service scheduled for Wednesday at 10AM at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City. According to concert promoter Live Nation, those hoping to attend can visit the event’s page at Ticketmaster.com and purchase up to two tickets for $1 each, with the charge being refunded within 72 hours of the event.

No actual tickets will be issued online. People who purchase ticket must bring the credit card used for the transaction and identification to the event to receive a receipt that will provide admission.

Billed by the Rivera family as the “Graduacion Al Cielo De Jenni Rivera Firme Y Sin Temor”—aka a “Celestial Graduation”—the ceremony will be led by Jenni’s brother, Reverend Pedro Rivera, Jr. and will reportedly be attended by stars such as Snoop Dogg and Edward James Olmos.

Though initial reports indicated that the family wanted to have a star-studded music tribute held for the singer in Long Beach, her hometown, the City Manager’s Office released a statement Monday saying that after working closely with City event staff over the last few days, the family had decided that a public memorial would not take place in Long Beach.

Rivera, 43, died last Sunday when the Learjet she was riding in crashed in Northern Mexico, killing everyone on board. Her remains arrived at the All Souls Mortuary in Long Beach on Friday following positive identification by family members and are expected to be interred somewhere in city limits. Burial will be private.
