The “Hire A Hero – Hire A Veteran” Job and Resource Fair will be held on Tuesday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, at the Long Beach Convention Center, 300 E. Ocean Ave.
 
The fair aims to provide job assistance and resources for Veterans, National Guard, and Reservists returning from active duty, though the public is also welcome to join.
 
More than 50 confirmed exhibitors will be providing employment opportunities and resource information.  Onsite workshops for jobs seekers will be conducted as well.
 
Sponsors include the Pacific Gateway Workforce Investment Network, US Veterans Initiative, Long Beach City College, L.A. County Supervisor Don Knabe, and the 4th District.
