Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn was absent from today’s board meeting, announcing on Twitter that she has tested positive for COVID-19.
Hahn, whose district includes Long Beach, said she tested positive over the weekend.
“I am vaccinated and boosted but feeling pretty lousy and still have a terrible cough,” Hahn wrote.
Hahn, 70, has been on the Board of Supervisors since 2016. She previously served in Congress and spent a decade on the Los Angeles City Council.
