A 10-year veteran of the Long Beach Police Department committed suicide in a Las Vegas hotel room, authorities said. Randy Kleber, 32, of Santa Fe Springs was found alone with multiple gunshot wounds in his chest about 7:45 p.m. Saturday in a room at the Gold Coast Hotel, according to the Clark County Coroner’s Office, which ruled the death a suicide.
