The Long Beach Post has received reports of a structure fire in an alley off 4th St. at Dawson between Cherry and Junipero avenues. At approximately 10PM, witnesses say they heard an explosion then a fire erupted. According to reports, it was contained by Long Beach firefighters within approximately 15 minutes.
Police, Long Beach Fire Department and the Drug Enforcement Agency are on site.
