manmissing1The Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person with dementia.

Charles Wilbert Rogers, a 79-year-old Long Beach resident, was last seen by his family at his place of residence in the 100 block of West Dameron Street three days ago, on Saturday evening, the LBPD said.

Rogers may possibly be wearing a blue sweater, grey polo, blue pants and tan shoes, along with a medical alert bracelet with his name and address.

The family says he went missing approximately eight months ago, and was subsequently found by Los Angeles County Sheriffs in the City of Carson.

Anyone who locates Rogers is urged to call the LBPD at (562) 435-6711.
