On June 19, the Long Beach Antique Flea Market will host a free antique appraisal event. Each paying customer can bring one item they own to be examined by expert appraisers, who will verbally provide the item’s current approximate value.
Appraisers will be in space G 243 in the Red Section, according to News-Antique.com.<
The Long Beach Antique Flea Market is held the third Sunday of every month and features more than 800 dealers from all over the West Coast offering a wide array of antiques at what flea market organizers describe as wholesale prices. Vendors are set up across 20 acres from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Stadium, 4901 E. Conant St.
Admission is $5, and children 12 and under are free.
Established in 1982, the monthly market has been voted the best flea market in Los Angeles by L.A. Magazine, as well as best flea market in the nation by Good Housekeeping magazine. It was alsorecently featured on ABC’s“The View.”
