A young man who left his Long Beach residential care facility in September has been found, authorities said today.

Christian Garcia, in his early 20s, had last been seen on the morning of Sept. 22, 2020, and the Long Beach Police Department sought public help to find him, describing him as “a dependent adult in need of medication.”

On Tuesday afternoon, Long Beach police said Garcia was found around 10 p.m. Monday by the Santa Monica Police Department. Further details were not released.
