Police asked for the public’s help to find a 43-year-old woman suffering from mental and medical issues who went missing Monday in Long Beach.
Chanty Sarin was last seen at 9 a.m. Christmas morning at her residence in the 4000 block of Blackthorne Avenue, which is in the Lakewood Village neighborhood, according to Long Beach police.
Police said Sarin “has walked away once in the past but was located in the nearby area. She has no car, cell phone nor any tracking device on her and an unknown amount of cash.”
Sarin is Asian. She stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs an estimated 300 pounds, the LBPD reported. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green jacket, black hoodie and black tights.
