Long Beach police officers will trade in their badges for name tags on Thursday when they assist servers at Claim Jumper to raise money for Special Olympics Southern California.
The Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) will host its annual Tip-A-Cop Fundraiser at the restaurant, located at 6501 Pacific Coast Highway.
According to a Facebook post by the LBPD, officers will assist servers, then after tipping the servers, any additional donations to the officers will benefit Special Olympics Southern California.
