The Orange County Business Journal is reporting that Freedom Communications Holdings Inc., is reducing the frequency of the Long Beach Register from six to one day a week, and plans to furlough an undisclosed number of staff.
The Long Beach Register was launched in August of last year by Freedom Communications, which also owns the Orange County Register.
